Flexible Employment Plans

Contract
Medix supplies our clients with highly qualified, screened and tested employees that meet their short-term and long-term staffing needs. We guarantee the temporary employees we provide have the skills and experience our clients require. While a contract employee is on assignment with our client, Medix will handle the payroll process at no cost.

Contract-To-Hire:
This option gives our clients the opportunity to evaluate a candidate’s performance and see how they fit within the company before hiring them onto their staff full-time.

Direct Hire Placement:
We at Medix believe in a strong recruitment program that offers a wide selection of experienced professionals who will meet our clients’ hiring criteria. Our direct hire placement program allows our clients to interview candidates whom we have already deemed superior. Once a client has found the person they are looking for, they can put them to work at their discretion.
